Bootcamps
These intensive fitness training programs are a great journey to getting your body in shape and keeping your body in shape. Our monthly flat fee bootcamp rate allows you to attend as many camp sessions as you wish. If you miss one class, you can make it up by attending any of our available sessions. Or make a true commitment to building the body you want by attending all of them. Convenient morning and evening sessions make it easy for you to fit these workout sessions into your busy schedule.

Nutritional Analysis

We go right to the root of the problem as I accompany you on your next grocery shopping excursion. 4-week Express Results
Is your procrastination for getting in shape catching up with you? Do you have a special event right around the corner and you need to get in shape fast? The 4-week Express Results program helps you get the results you want faster. This package is ideal for brides and grooms, attendees of an upcoming family or school reunion, or a vacation goer who needs a bikini body. We’ll meet once a week to create and make you accountable for implementing the nutritional regiment you need to follow and make the adjustments you need to make to achieve your goals. Program includes an initial assessment, nutritional analysis, pantry revamping, and grocery store exploration.

Interactive Cooking Course
The best way to learn new behavior is to practice it. Take a guided cooking course where I come to your home and help you learn to prepare a healthier version of your favorite meal. You don’t have to give up your favorite meals. You have to learn how to make them in a healthier way. I’ll make suggestions on turning leftovers into whole new meals and other meal preparation techniques to cook healthier meals.
